Pizza a la Muriel

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/3 c flour

1 c water

1/3 c olive oil

1 packet yeast

1 t salt

1 t sugar

Preheat oven to 400

Toppings: tomato sauce or pesto

sliced garlic, onions, etc.

grated parmesan or provolone cheese


DIRECTIONS:
  1. Put ingredients in bread maker or mix all together and let rise until doubled

  2. On floured board, spread or roll out thin. Place on oiled pan or pizza stone. When dough is gooier, it is harder to work with, but comes out crisper.

  3. Spread thin layer of pesto or tomato sauce, Add sliced garlic, onion, other toppings.  Put in oven at 400 for 15-20 min

  4. Add cheese and cook another 4-5 min.
