We are enjoying cooking with Raul in Oakland. He’s playing some incredible percussion on his pots and pans in the process. Here is his recipe for Peruvian soup.
Aguadito de Pollo
Raul’s Peruvian soup
little bit of pepper
chicken chicken cut into squares
Put everything into the blender except for the chicken. Boil water, add mixture and:
small celery sticks
Let it cook about 40 minutes or more until the potatoes are soft.
